This is my first day of SIP 2020. We've learned the basics of HTML and so, this is my first blog post. This website really reminds me of the simple Google website I made in class in middle school. I can't remember much and it wasn't really coding as much, but it looked similarly simple and we also wrote a little blurb and included some links, photos, and embedded a Youtube video. I can't wait to learn more and play around with this personal website project.
Today was the second day of girlswhocode. We learned CSS today. I worked with some friends to get the gradient background using an outside website and to figure out how to play around with CSS. I'm a little confused on all the codes and such, but apparently CSS has tons of features to get lost in, so I'm not going to worry too much about it. I wish I knew more though. I want to understand more thoroughly, but this is an introduction program. I hope I made my website look pretty enough. I looked a couple of other people's website for inspiration.
